The Launceston General Hospital (LGH) is a 300 bed public hospital providing acute care facilities for residents of Launceston and the Northern Region of Tasmania. As an accredited teaching hospital, the Launceston General Hospital has a close partnership with the University of Tasmania through the Launceston Clinical School and the School of Nursing based in Launceston.

As a trainee registrar as at LGH you will qualify for one year C12 training for the Joint Faculty of Intensive Care, ANZCA and RACP.
