Consultant General Surgeon – Laparoscopy and Anorectal Surgery Desirable

We are seeking candidates availalble to start work as soon as possible. GMC  Specialist  registration status  and work visa required. 

We are inviting applications for the role of Consultant Surgeon who can demonstrate a broad level of skills and abilities. The post holder will be expected to undertake outpatient and theatre sessions and will be based at the main site but maybe required to spend time at one of their other peripheral sites, located 30 miles away. The post holder will be expected to be experienced in laparoscopic surgery and expertise in anorectal surgery is also desirable.

The successful candidate will join a team of three General Surgeons, and should have a strong teamwork ethic, a willingness to utilise and develop clinical care pathways and assist in improving these pathways in addition to a positive attitude to dealing with patients. They aim to provide a surgical service which is innovative and delivers the highest standard of care to patients.
